Keynote: Designing Systems for Human Impact

Traditionally, design systems are made of components and patterns we put together to create product experiences. However, we know that systems have the ability to impact far more than what's on the surface of the apps or platforms we design. Ultimately, systems impact the way people inside and outside of our organization do their work.

Looking towards the future, we need to apply systems thinking to shape human relationships, not just pixels and code. In this talk, Hayley will share her philosophy on helping organizations transform their cultures and their outcomes from being siloed and feature-focused to intentionally context and community driven.
