In this session, we will take a look at an enterprise in crisis. What is the story behind, what is emerging, what is dying, and where to find the inspiration and energy for a meaningful renewal? Then we will take everyone on board and use our time machine to make a leap into such a future. What would it look like? We will we map the galaxy of our enterprise using a Milky Way map, identify barriers standing in our way, and tackle individual and collective challenges for the transition we are aiming to design.
