10 years ago, Denis, with two other industrial designers, Matthew and Matthieu, founded User Studio — one of the major french service design agency — when nobody in France knew about service design. Denis has explored approaches and tools in order to innovate. Eager to challenge the boundaries of design, he is an expert of healthcare and Head of Care & Co. innovation lab.
