His industry involvement includes Mining, Recruitment, Commercial Software, Internet Services, Financial Market Services, Asset Management, Insurance and Retail.

He is passionate about integrating thinking approaches and has applied himself within his organisations to envision and facilitate the journey toward the future in his capacity as x-architect.

He is currently evangelising the use of Capability-Based Thinking to help navigate the choices his enterprise must make to thrive in the Digital Age.
