I am a semiotician and service designer with 10 years of experience in multidisciplinary and international environment.

Expert in analyzing users’ behaviors, I managed and participated in design and research projects in the field of service design, user experience and digital innovation across sectors, working with both big companies and startups.

I collaborate as researcher with the Department of Semiotics of the University of Bologna.

In 2010 I cofounded Flipbulbs, a Research and Design agency for digital cultural experiences. I am partner in Kopernicana, a consultancy firm based in Milan specialized in organizational design.
