I am Social Psychologist and Ethnographer from Padova University, currently working as researcher and consultant at Kopernicana, a consultancy firm specialized in organizational design.

My professional experience started in ux, service design and social innovation fields, both in national and international environments, in private and public sector, and for several industries, where I refined qualitative research methods through the design process.

I think that the best achievement is when we succeed in supporting organizations designing their own transformation, when meaningful effective and sustainable practices become part of the ecosystem.
